About the event

Everyone LOVES these dining experiences as seating is limited to only ten guests!  Now, how's that for small and intimate?  A truly one-of-a-kind experience. Please note: Bookings must be confirmed no later than 12noon on Friday, September 27th, 2019. Absolutely no refunds on any purchased tickets. Minimum numbers required.

***This intimate dining experience is Gluten Free and all of our offerings are made fresh day of using nothing but premium ingredients.

Here is a sneak peek:

-Spend the evening dining with us, unrushed, relaxed, in great company, and in an atmosphere unlike no other.

-The bar will be open for cocktails from 6-6:30pm and stocked with nothing but premium products for purchase.

-Beginning immediately at 6:30pm, for all of our food loving guests out there, our four (4) course intimate dining experience will begin (when you book your ticket, please indicate on the form your selection)

-Dim, cozy, with fireplace and elegant candlelit setting

-Premium beverages, including bottles of wine, beer, and other spirits for purchase 

Price:  $99+tax per person

As noted above, this experience is limited to only ten (10 guests).  Bookings must be confirmed no later than 12noon on Friday, September 27th, 2019. Absolutely no refunds on any purchased tickets. 

Menu Options: 

For our four (4) course dining experience, you have two choices as to how you select your menu, via our 'Recommended' pairing or your 'Personally Selected 'pairing.  Please be sure to note your selections carefully when you book online. 

Recommended Pairing #1:

-French Onion Soup:  Caramelized sweet onions in an original beef stock, topped with oven roasted seasoned baguette with Swiss and Gruyere cheese

-Beef Carpaccio:  Thin sheets of marinated beef tenderloin, wrapped around bunches of crisp baby arugula, topped with an original mustard vinaigrette and petals of parmigiano reggiano 

-Beef Tenderloin: Pan seared beef tenderloin, basted in butter sauce with garlic, rosemary and thyme topped with a medley of mushroom reduction and herb butter. Served on a bed of creamy-cheesy mashed potatoes with garlic, herbs, with sweet roasted buttercup squash purée, roasted peaches & cream corn, with sweet onion in a delicious cream sauce and red wine reduction

-Choice of Cheesecake:  Turtle Cheesecake, Carrot Cake Cheesecake, Carmel Apple Cheesecake

Recommended Pairing #2:

-Seafood Chowder:  Premium shellfish at it's finest! Scallops, shrimp, oysters, mussels, clams and lobster, with diced white potato, sweet corn, all in a delicious creamy broth - made from scratch!

-Caprese salad:  Slices of fresh plump tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with layers of fresh basil leaves, topped with an original balsamic reduction and olive oil

-Duck Breast Dinner:  Pan seared, oven roasted duck breast, in butter sauce with rosemary and garlic, topped with a roasted red pepper purée. Served on a bed of creamy-cheesy mashed potatoes with garlic and herbs, with roasted sweet buttercup squash purée, roasted mushrooms and Brussels Sprouts, with red wine reduction.

-Choice of Cheesecake:  Turtle Cheesecake, Carrot Cake Cheesecake, Carmel Apple Cheesecake
