Spirited Steps - Beginner Adult Step Dance Workshop & Social

Of course dance has so many physical benefits to it such as improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, improved muscle tone and strength, weight management, better coordination, and so much more! As equally important, physical movement of dance helps reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and dancing with others also helps us feel more connected and social. Dance classes encourage social bonds and friendships which are key factors in improving our mood and mental health. Our first offering was so well received that we sold out and a second offering was requested.

In this series of ‘Spirited Steps’, for Beginner level dancers, we will start off the evening upstairs in The Kastle with a Dance Workshop geared to your level starting off with the basics of strathspeys and reels and ending with a few square sets. Take home instructional video of all steps included. Perfect for Adults of all ages and fitness levels. Ages 19+

Immediately following, we will head down to The Krypt for our post workshop social where you will be treated to our signature ‘Spirited Steps’ beverage prepared by our Mixologist.

Put your feet up and enjoy the calm surroundings of The Krypt while mingling with new friends and building common connections.
